Welcome to Raspberry and Lime!

This is where I get to share what I do. Be a mom and military wife, do my best to stay sane as we move around the continent, and explore my creative side.

Soft Spun

Raspberry and Lime

Blueberry and Kiwi

Lovely wool spun thick and thin.  Perfect for little heads in photographs.
Can be lined in fleece for everyday wear by little people.

Forest Elf

One day I will figure out why Blogger does this to my pictures...
A fantastically fun hat in lovely forest-inspired colours.

Bamboo Bear

So Sweet, So Soft
Shown here in Wicker, the yarn comes in pale green, pink, baby blue, cream, white, and yellow.
So silky to the touch the babies love to wear them.

Gold Beanie with Ribbon Trim

This beanie is part of the newborn photography prop collection.

It is heavenly soft and the ribbon edge is a special ribbon yarn that is equally soft on baby's sensitive skin.
It is easily made larger for bigger girls.

The yarn is kid mohair and acrylic.
Handwash in cool water and lay flat to dry to maintain shape.
All of my props are knit to allow for different size baby heads and can be stretched in either direction for the best fit.

Thomas the Tank Engine

A cheeky little engine ready to impress little boys everywhere.
$25
His smokestack stands up for maximum smiles.

Austin

Austin from the Backyardigans inspired this hat.
Lighter weight for inside and outside play.
Good for dress-up and imagination play.

Pink Camo

Something for daughters of military parents, or lovers of neopolitan ice cream.
Soft cotton and open knit for warmer days but not quite warm enough to go without a hat.

Maltese Fisherman's Hat

This is a short backed version of the style but it keeps ears cozy and the back can be made as long as desired to keep necks warm.

Camo - for military kids

Simple camoflage beanie
Camoflage beanie with brim makes a cute cap.

Pirate Beanie

Eventually I will get a bunch of 'boy' hats set up so frustrated moms can find fun stuff for our little men.  This pirate hat was made of Alpaca - hence the fuzzy look.

Simple Blue Beanie

I can make it as tight and warm or loose and lacy as you would like.
This one was made of oh-so-lovely bamboo silk for a March baby boy.

Iggle Piggle

For those of you with small people enraptured with "In the Night Garden".
A favourite with the girls in my life.  The cupcake hats are made with a brown ribbed 'cake' portion and topped with your favourite frosting and decorations.  This one is embroidery floss sprinkles to avoid any chance of a choking hazard.
